In the bid to celebrate her birthday, Princess Adewamiwa Adesewa Ogunwusi stormed Obafemi Awolowo University’s Teaching Hospital’s postnatal ward and Solid Rock Orphanage home yesterday, 20th, April 2023.
Receiving the Princess of the source in his office, the Chief Medical Director of OAUTHC, Dr. Afolabi Owojuyigbe congratulated her, her mother, Olori, and the Arole Oduduwa, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.
Giving Glory to God Almighty, the Medical guru noted that he can’t appreciate God enough on behalf of Kabiesi because the house of Oduduwa through his imperial majesty has always been using any opportunity to remember the sick, newborns, accident victims, and so on. We can’t count the different free health schemes that Ooni is running through the Oloris and House of Oduduwa as said by the CMD of OAUTHC.
While leading the princess and her entourage to the postnatal ward, a newborn baby that was just delivered was being brought out of the delivery room and amazingly received the kind gesture of the princess which included cash and gift items. The father of the newborn baby appreciated the princess, Olori, and the House of Oduduwa for extending the hand of royalty to their new kid and promised to convey their message to the mother once she is out of the labor room. Another woman who gave birth through CS because the baby was too big was also given gift items and a cash gift.
In the same vein, Princess Adewamiwa proceeded to a 27-year-old orphanage home with the name Solid Rock Orphanage home where a four-day-old child who was given birth to by a 15-year-old lady was touchingly seen. Seeing the baby, tears rolled down the cheeks of the queen and the atmosphere changed.
Addressing the princess and her entourage, Mrs. Olukemi Ayoola, the director of the orphanage home prayed heavily for Adewamiwa and the throne of Oduduwa.
In furtherance of her speech, she expressly noted that the funding of the orphanage home is not from her but rather from God Almighty. A lawyer, chartered accountant, Entrepreneurs, and even a lecturer have been produced, the kids attend good schools, and they have seen this environment as their homes.Some come with their friends, if not for the billboard, nobody would known that the house is an orphanage home, therefore, it is God and not me as said by the Ipetumodu born woman.
Speaking at the event, the royal princess touchingly prayed for the kids, donated cash and gift items and also promised that in the name of her parents, she will be sending monthly tokens to the orphanage home for the kids to become important personalities in life. Photographs were taken as she proceeded to the palace to host her entourage where Akorin Oduduwa greeted the moment with different lyrics and varieties of meals were served as important dignitaries like the wife of the Osun central Senator-elect, Mrs. Ajagunla, Queen Aderonke Ademiluyi Ogunwusi, Sooko Laiekun Ogunwusi, Dr. Afolabi Owojuyigbe, Otunba Moses Olafare, Chief Idowu Salami and his Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Babatunde Enitan Oguwusi graced the birthday celebration.
