Yesterday was a joyous moment for the members of PDP in delta state as the governorship candidate of Zenith Labour party in Delta, Mr. Emmanuel Okoh stepped down for the gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who is the incubent speaker of the State House of Assembly.

While making his decision known in Asaba yesterday, Mr. Okoh implored the party faithful and supporters to massively vote for Sheriff in Saturday’s election, adding that he is not under duress or compensation of any of form.

Seen with him on Wednesday at the point of his stepping down’s declaration were party stalwarts saying it was a unanimous decision because the incumbent speaker of delta state has a better chance of emerging based on his antecedent, achievements so far in delta state.
