Hon. Fola Olumo, APC-USA National Deputy Women Leader and DG Diaspora Support for Asiwaju ( DSA) North America has extended her heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo following the recent ruling by the Court of Appeal in Abuja.
The court upheld the tribunal’s judgment, declaring Usman Ahmed Ododo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the valid winner of the Kogi governorship poll.
In a statement issued on Thursday, 11th July, 2024, Hon. Fola Olumo praised the judiciary for its impartiality and commitment to upholding the democratic process. She emphasized that the decision reflects the will of the people of Kogi State and reinforces the integrity of the electoral process.
“I am delighted to congratulate His Excellency Usman Ododo on this well-deserved victory,” Hon. Fola Olumo remarked. “This judgment is a testament to the strength of our democratic institutions and the trust that the people of Kogi State have placed in the leadership of the APC under his Excellency, Governor Ododo.”
Hon. Fola Olumo also acknowledged the tireless efforts of the APC team and supporters, both in Nigeria and in the diaspora, whose dedication and hard work contributed significantly to this success.
She encouraged them to continue their support for Governor Ododo as he embarks on this new chapter of taking Kogi State to a greater height in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of our wokerholic president, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
