The Arole Oduduwa & Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, CFR Ojaja II, has congratulated the President and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR over his recent affirmation as the duly elected President by the Supreme Court.
Ooni Ogunwusi made this known through a congratulatory letter which he signed dated October 27th, 2022, through which he assured the President of the resolve of the Royal Court of Ife under his supreme leadership to keep praying and offering supplications to ancestors towards ensuring a “fruitful and beneficial tenure”.
The letter reads in part, “Dear Asiwaju, this development which secures the people’s mandate and the nationwide jubilation that greeted it, attest to Nigerians’ love for your personality, belief in the “Renewed Hope” agenda of your administration and aspiration for a prosperous country which was communicated via the February 25, 2023 Presidential Poll.
“For us at the House of Oduduwa, we pride in your excellent profile of public service, particularly your decades of investment in human development and nation building which you exhibited as an ordinary Nigerian, Senator of the Federal Republic, Lagos State Governor and other leadership capacities which singled you out as Primus inter pares (First among equals).” Ooni said
